When you position 250,000 troops in the Middle East over a period of six months, how much reluctance is there, really? I'm just not sure we're making the best use of our resources in this "age of terror". I fear for the safety of our troops and worry that their actions may some day be recorded, not as saviours and rescuers, but as invaders. While they pursue a goal set forth by the blind ambition of our un-elected leader we're still "free" to be just as petty as ever back home.
Here's hoping this is a quick and relatively painless endeavor.
