Politics

  • Didn't take the White House long to make their stand for expanded intolerance. What's the real fear over gay marriage? With the divorce rate we have in this country, spousal abuse, "Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire" and marriage penalty taxation, is there really a threat to Billy Joe and Bobby Sue's house, dog and 2.5 kids? The risk of moral decline is greater when you selectively exclude a portion of the populace from equal rights than when you deviate from the accepted norm to include them.
  • Dear Israel, thanks for the hot tips on suppression. This house crushing stuff works wonders. Iraq, sorry about that whole Iron Hammer and Ivy Cyclone shit....we just have a tendancy to name our sorties after the cocktails we slugged back while planning our missions. Remember, we're L.I.B.E.R.A.T.O.R.S.
  • It's a good time to not be 21.
  • To all you CEOs who can't figure out why your staff and shareholders hate you, hop on board.

Amusing

  • The thrilling world of economics.
  • Stuff a bird, make some yams and pour yourself a glass of this.
  • True freedom of religion.
  • To the parents dropping their kids off at the Michael Jackson daycare center......WTF are you thinking?
  • I am both, amazed and amused.

Kerry, On the draft

Military service was the best thing that happened to me. I was living the cheech & chong life and it help straighten me out...

Think about this....What if you were given the choice upon grad from High School to go to college or spend 2 years serving your country?

This is an acceptable practice in some European nations.

Might help solve some of the problems we have in this country....

How 'bout if they required you to do two years, let you keep your weapons and then sent you off to school like the Swiss?
