The failure in intelligence couldn't have had anything to do with her inability to read the volumes of data Sandy Berger left for her on OBL. The fact that John 'beat by a dead guy' Ashcroft was cutting counter-terrorism funding, as he was refusing to fly commercial aircraft, couldn't have anything to do with our failures. Maybe they were just too busy trying to find a patsy to bomb so we could really hit the trifecta.
