It's Tuesday, therefore...

It has to be Texas Tuesday

In the hottest race in Texas (DeLay/Morrison notwithstanding), the Frost vs Sessions battle in the newly formed District 32, covering the bulk of Dallas County, is key to defeating the DeLay power grab and sending the best man to Congress. Dailykos has created a website, BlogPAC, for addressing these types of highly contested races. They've focused on Sessions' reference to Iraq as "an away game" from the last debate.

The Frost profile this week is here and the district race profile is here.

Go read, catch up and either volunteer or contribute.

The Frost vs Sessions battle, for all you CD32'ers, isn't *JUST* about sending the best man to D.C. It's also about sending DeLay a message that you don't appreciate being served up as prawns in DeLay's GOP feast. As a conservative I tend to favor GOP candidates, but I'd favor a Texas Democrat majority in the House of Representatives for 2 years to send a message to DeLay and Craddick. And that message is: We'll put the best men in office and we don't appreciate our congressional districts being perfectly carved out and our political voices being weakened in order to best favor the GOP.
