I see the vice president as an honorable, forthright gentleman who places the nation's best interests above his own.
This quote would almost be plausible, although nigh impossible to choke down, if David would bother to cite examples of Cheney's loving and altruistic approach to governing. Course, he doesn't and is still quoting the "blame the victim" line. Wanker.
