Fascinating isn't it, how Bush and team are busy saving fertilized embryos stateside while simultaneously refusing to call for a ceasefire to the lopsided missle volleys between Israel and Hezbollah guerrillas in the south of Lebanon, creating war crime level fatalities?
A bit reminiscent of 2003's little Shock & Awe show, ain't it?
Surreal aspects of this violent flare-up
* I agree with Pat Buchanan.
* The clarity of right vs. wrong has become blurry and the odds are against the innocent.
* Leadership is not demonstrated through torpidity and apathy.
* US involvement is inevitable, the question is now, to what degree.
Criminal.

torpidity
n 1: a state of motor and mental inactivity with a partial
suspension of sensibility; "he fell into a deep torpor"
[syn: torpor]
My God, Pat Buchanan agrees with me. When did his soul transplant happen?
