flash forward --- beyond the blame game.
6.21.2002 - Arafat agrees to Camp David peace accord.

Six meetings with Sharon and none with Arafat. What ever happened to listening to both sides?

The GAO's done with their investigation of the executive transition. From 2001 through 2002 they've been gathering facts and data and have concluded the damage cost the taxpayers a whopping $9,324. My math shows a cost delta of $184 when you total up the line items. Question is, which cost more, the cleanup (not including the Oval Office changes and overall move-in) or the GAO report.

unrelated question:

They have an agenda?

I understand the concept of

I understand the concept of a dirty bomb. Does this though, indicate the existence of a "clean bomb"? The distinction is either one of contamination vs. elimination,....or it's a public relations game.

Not sure what it is about this headline that slays me. Prolly, the "Bush Manhunt" part. Ah, the refreshing element that is, juvenile humor.

What would it take for them to visit my site. I'm desperate for traffic. Maybe I should be padding my META tag?

Just got to love this quote.

"I hate to be in a position of telling people 'don't go online and speak' or 'watch what you say,' but you have to take from this that on an arbitrary basis, the FBI is going to be tagging people as terrorists based on what they say online," said Jim Dempsey, deputy director of the Center for Democracy and Technology.
