What's the rule on baby milestones? After 2 years you stop celebrating month "birthdays"? At 9:23pm this evening, Toby officially becomes 7 months old. Let's hope the little tiger's not awake to celebrate.

Wow...........if you do nothing else today, read this.

In the last administration, the interns were accused of blowing the prez...........not screwing him. hee hee hee.

What do you mean it *may* be about oil? That crazy Maureen Dowd.....there's no administrative link to oil, is there?

Amazing. Was god involved in the last election.....or was he merely working through 5 out of 9 justices? Speaking of Christian love and inclusiveness.......................gosh, that lovable Jerry Falwell is quite a treat.

Just for fun

Have I mentioned lately, how disappointed I am in the Democratic Leadership in the Senate? I am though heartened by the position held and maintained by Robert Byrd. Is it simply that with age, comes wisdom or is it that with tenure, comes steel testicles?

For those of you unable to parse the collapse of the energy/telecom/pharmacutical giants.......here's a neato chart.

Not everyone supports this silly warmonger-ing.

I'm looking forward to the

I'm looking forward to the speech tonight. I'm anxiously awaiting the pearls of wisdom from our feckless leader that will totally and completely alter my views on pre-emptive strikes.

What I really want to hear is the "long-term" strategy. The hand to hand combat in the streets of Baghdad, the full audit of projected costs for the management of stability in the region and most of all, the cost of human life, both Iraqi and most importantly American.

What I'd like to see is a chart that maps out the support costs and then on top of those numbers an estimation of body bags per month. I believe we should use the same math applied to the victims of the WTC and the Pentagon. This is, right, just an extension of the war on terror? If so, all soldiers brought home from Iraq in pine boxes should receive the same compensation. If the median payout for the WTC employees is $1,358,970.00.....then the military's death benefit should match that, right?

Could we get Georgie to expand on the $9 billion a month estimate to include say a $13.5 billion per 10,000 soldiers added to that? I'd hate to see us valuing the life of one American over another just because we needed a post 9/11 publicity coup.

If the best way, according to our esteemed leadership in Washington, to fight terror and evil is to spend money and the position that if you're not for us, you're against us really holds water.....................a calculated halt to or negative impact on our economy should not go unpunished. We need internment camps for longshore(person(s)). They are impeding our right to frivolously spend our hard-earned dollars on disposable goods.

Tired of liberal media bias? Check out the Media Research Center, the nation's largest and most respected conservative media watchdog organization. The Media Research Center has demonstrated how a liberal ideology pervades and dominates the news media and through our research, publications, website and newswire has fostered a national market demand for more balanced news.

This is the same "liberal" media who won't question war, research backgrounds or talk about anything truly relevant beyond abducted children? The true liberals in the media aren't coming at you from the mono-directional box in your living room.

Someone's got a sense of humor.

My email address has just been subscribed to the following:
TownHall.com's What's New - which "informs me of all the new content from TownHall.com's member groups."
Townhall.com Conservative Alert - which "will which will keep me informed of the latest news from the conservative movement."
Townhall.com Opinion Alert - which "will keep me informed of the new opinion columns that have been posted on the site each day."

and.....................................the best of all.............

The AnnCoulter.org email list - I am, without a doubt. All, a flutter. Nothing gets me hotter than listening to Annie spew venom around that silver spoon in her mouth. I think it's cool that all her imbedded links in her online columns go to books on Amazon rather than to supporting documents. Her support for the war on terror through commercial means is highly commendable.

I suspect the culprit's expecting me to be a little tweeked about this...............I believe it should be interesting. It's always good to know the view of the opposition.
